Boomers. Millennials. Gen Zers. Generational names abound in today’s discourse. But what does it mean to be a Millennial? Or to act like a Gen Zer? By examining scenarios, participants will identify commonalities, how to bridge generational differences, and other recommendations for engaging with individuals of all ages in a productive and inclusive manner.
