This session defines and differentiate the concepts of unconscious bias and microaggressions, exploring the interpersonal and organizational impact of these experiences. Through discussion and engaging activities participants will learn how to prevent and interrupt microaggressions and instances of unconscious bias in ways that lead to learning, growth and increased psychological safety for all involved.
