Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Length and Price: 2 hours ($160 per participant)

Society is increasingly aware of neurodiversity as an often-invisible disability. A lesser-understood dimension of diversity, it often goes undisclosed and unacknowledged in the workplace. This workshop provides an overview of neurodivergence, defining it along social and medical models and explores changing views toward it. Participants will learn about the relative strengths and weakness of the neurodivergent in the workplace and how to create equitable and inclusive environments to support neurodivergent colleagues.
